License Agreement

General Terms

All licenses grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use the licensed content according to the terms of your selected license type. These rights begin when you complete your purchase and download the content.

Permitted Uses

• Digital and print advertising, marketing, and promotional materials
• Websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces
• Social media posts and campaigns
• Presentations, reports, and educational materials
• Editorial uses in magazines, newspapers, and blogs (with attribution)
• Film, television, and video production

Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the content as-is
• Making the content available for download as a standalone file
• Using content in a pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise illegal manner
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the original content
• Using content as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo
• Creating NFTs or other blockchain-based assets without an Enterprise license

Attribution

Attribution is not required but appreciated. If you choose to provide attribution, please credit "PixelVault by Seventh Elevation" with a link back to our website.

Model and Property Releases

Images containing recognizable people or private property are accompanied by appropriate model and property releases. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with these releases and any applicable laws.

Transferability

Standard and Extended licenses are non-transferable. Enterprise licenses may include transferability provisions as negotiated. You may not transfer your license to another party without written consent from Seventh Elevation.

Warranty and Indemnification

Seventh Elevation warrants that we have the rights to license the content to you and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. We indemnify you against claims arising from authorized use of the content, subject to the terms and limitations in our Terms of Service.

License Modifications and Upgrades

You may upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference between license types. Downgrades are not permitted. If your usage exceeds your current license terms, you must upgrade before continuing to use the content.
