1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixelVault ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Upon purchasing an image from PixelVault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard License to use the purchased content. The Standard License allows use in digital and print media, social media posts, presentations, and other creative projects for personal or commercial use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or provide access to purchased images to third parties
  • Use images in a way that is defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful
  • Remove watermarks or copyright notices from preview images
  • Claim ownership of the original work or register it as a trademark
  • Use automated systems to download or scrape content from the Service

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and No Refund Policy

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital content purchased through PixelVault. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed the preview images and license terms, and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed and the content is made available for download, the transaction cannot be reversed.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, graphics, logos, and content on PixelVault are the property of Seventh Elevation or licensed content providers and are protected by international copyright laws. The PixelVault name and logo are trademarks of Seventh Elevation LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seventh Elevation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
